    Description

    Hot smoked over beech and apple wood gives a delicious and succulant flavour. Best served at room temperature. (Remove from fridge 20 minutes before serving). Allow 50g per person.

    Packaging – Hot smoked eel fillets 200g pack (4-6 fillets approx.)

    Shelf life –Hot smoked eel 14-21days

    Freezing – Hot smoked eel is suitable for home freezing for up to 3 months

    Availability – We will normally hold stock for dispatch next day delivery if ordered before midday

    Delivery – all products are dispatched using next day delivery service with dispatch the same day if ordered before midday. Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday for delivery Tuesday to Friday (always next day service). Alternatively nominate a delivery date anytime in the future for delivery on a specific day.

    Serving – Our hot smoked eel is best served at room temperature (no need to cook) accompanied by pickled beetroot and strong horseradish cream.

    Storage – Keep hot smoked eel refrigerated and consume within 3 days once the packet is opened (can freeze once opened if required)
