Sustainibly farmed Scottish salmon – salmon sides are trimmed and prepped before being marinated in a wet brine including soya sauce, vinegar & garlic. The salmon is then hot smoked in our traditional smoker – we roast the salmon over an open fire which gives the most amazing flavour and succulence to our hot smoked salmon, something unique to this method of hot smoking. Once cooked over the fire we then kill the flames back with very fine oak dust which stops the cooking process and adds that delicious hot smoked flavour to the salmon.

Freezing – this product is suitable for home freezing for up to 3 months
Availability – we will normally hold stock for dispatch next day delivery if ordered before midday
Delivery – all products are dispatched using next day delivery service with dispatch the same day if ordered before midday. Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday for delivery Tuesday to Friday (always next day service). Alternatively nominate a delivery date anytime in the future for delivery on a specific day.
Serving – our hot smoked salmon is cooked and smoked so you can eat it cold, however we would advice warming the hot smoked salmon in a medium oven for approximately 10 minutes to let the juices and flavours run.
Storage – keep product refrigerated and consume within 3 days once packet is opened (can freeze once opened if required)
