Serving – Our hot smoked trout can be eaten either hot or cold & doesn’t require cooking. However, we recommend heating through for 6-8 minutes in a medium oven for the best flavour and texture.
Storage – Keep hot smoked trout refrigerated and consume within 3 days once the packet is opened (can freeze once opened if required)
Packaging –Hot smoked trout fillet pairs minimum weight 140g. The skin is left on to retain moisture and flavour.
Availability – We will normally hold stock for dispatch next day delivery if ordered before midday
Delivery – all products are dispatched using next day delivery service with dispatch the same day if ordered before midday. Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday for delivery Tuesday to Friday (always next day service). Alternatively, nominate a delivery date anytime in the future for delivery on a specific day.
