Serving – Either poach or roast the smoked haddock fillets whole or portion up into smaller steaks – 8-12 minutes should be roughly enough time. Please be aware that the smoked haddock fillets vary in size and thickness so cooking times will vary.
Storage – Keep product refrigerated and consume within 3 days once the packet is opened (can freeze once opened if required).
Packaging – 400g smoked haddock fillet with skin on.
Availability – We will normally hold stock for dispatch next day delivery if ordered before midday.
Delivery – all products are dispatched using next day delivery service with dispatch the same day if ordered before midday. Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday for delivery Tuesday to Friday (always next day service). Alternatively, nominate a delivery date anytime in the future for delivery on a specific day.
