The most beautiful of fish: Smoked Haddock.

Our haddock is all sourced  from the deep waters of the South West and brought straight to our smokery. Our smoked haddock fillets are filleted and pin boned with the skin left on.

They are then very lightly brined and cold smoked for 24 hours to produce the most glorious traditionally smoked haddock.

Serving – Either poach or roast the smoked haddock fillets whole or portion up into smaller steaks – 8-12 minutes should be roughly enough time. Please be aware that the smoked haddock fillets vary in size and thickness so cooking times will vary.

Storage – Keep product refrigerated and consume within 3 days once the packet is opened (can freeze once opened if required).

Packaging – 300g smoked haddock fillet with skin on.

Availability – We will normally hold stock for dispatch next day delivery if ordered before midday.

Delivery – all products are dispatched using next day delivery service with dispatch the same day if ordered before midday. Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday for delivery Tuesday to Friday (always next day service). Alternatively, nominate a delivery date anytime in the future for delivery on a specific day.
