Mouth watering pork belly cured in a mixture of Burrow Hill Cider and Cider Brandy before roasting over our open fire.

As we have already cooked it all you need to do is either pop it in a hot oven for twenty minutes or better still straight onto the BBQ and watch the skin become the most amazing crackling before devouring it .

Serving – Heat in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crackling ion top is just perfect

Storage – Keep product refrigerated and consume within 3 days once the packet is opened (can freeze once opened if required).

Packaging – Hot smoked, cider-cured pork belly.

Availability – We will normally hold stock for dispatch next day delivery if ordered before midday.

Delivery – All products are dispatched using next day delivery service with dispatch the same day if ordered before midday. Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday for delivery Tuesday to Friday (always next day service). Alternatively, nominate a delivery date anytime in the future for delivery on a specific day.
