Serving – Our hot smoked salmon is cooked and smoked so you can eat it cold. However, for the best flavour, we would advise warming the hot smoked salmon in a medium oven for approximately 10 minutes. This releases all those sumptuous juices and flavours.
Storage – Keep product refrigerated and consume within 3 days once the packet is opened (can freeze once opened if required).
Packing – Two hot smoked salmon steaks (skin on).
Availability – We will normally hold stock for dispatch next day delivery if ordered before midday.
Delivery – All products are dispatched using next day delivery service with dispatch the same day if ordered before midday. Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday for delivery Tuesday to Friday (always next day service). Alternatively, nominate a delivery date anytime in the future for delivery on a specific day.
