Description
Serving – It can be the hot centrepiece of a supper table or simply flaked into a salad or even a sandwich with some mayonnaise and a squeeze of lemon. If you would like it hot we recommend heating it through for 10-12 minutes in a medium oven for the best flavour and texture.
Storage – Keep hot smoked trout refrigerated and consume within 3 days once the packet is opened (can freeze once opened if required).
Packaging –Hot smoked fillet of trout minimum weight 300g. The skin is left on to retain moisture and flavour.
Availability – We will normally hold stock for dispatch next day delivery if ordered before midday.
Delivery – All products are dispatched using next day delivery service with dispatch the same day if ordered before midday. Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday for delivery Tuesday to Friday (always next day service). Alternatively, nominate a delivery date anytime in the future for delivery on a specific day.
